Everyday, information bombards us — not just from work or the internet, but also the environment.
Pollution, toxic chemicals, emotional dumping, harmful radiation, EMFs... the list goes on and on.
Technology has improved the quality of our lives, but also increased our information exposure.
Unfortunately, our brains have not yet evolved to manage this unhealthy amount of information.
You can take great measures to limit your exposure; however, once you are exposed, information is stored in your body, as memory.
Information doesn’t just go away — the only way to 'remove' it is by converting it back into energy, to complete the cycle that keeps you in a state of flow.
Your brain runs this conversion cycle during sleep, but if it is overloaded with information, then getting quality sleep will be difficult, if any sleep at all.
This is burnout — running out of energy for the day, that your brain struggles to restore at night — the exact opposite of being in a flow state of performance.

Whenever you start up a new thing, your brain creates a unique data network for this thing, with bits that contain far more energy than information.
But as time passes, and the routines of this new thing keeps going, those bits accumulate more information and generate less energy, from repeated use.
As you sleep, your brain converts the information stored in the bits back into energy, but your brain can only convert so much, causing it to become overloaded.

Each session begins with setting an intention, based on where you’ve been stuck, or where you desire to create more momentum, with your goals.
Once the intention is set for the session, you are guided through several layers of mind reflection, each layer followed up with a specific breath sequence.
As you breathe on each new layer, the information overloading your brain is converted to energy, increasing your brainpower - the capacity to manage and improve your life.
By the end of each session, you will be very relaxed, energized, and empowered to move forward.

The more complex your life becomes, the more information your brain will become overloaded by.
Even if you are retired, remember, the information from past routines remains stored in your body.
Highly sensitive performers, whose work involves empathy or managing others, accumulate information at a faster rate, placing them at a higher risk of burning out.
You should never feel drained by your life.
Quantum brain training is your opportunity to turn the one thing that holds you back, into the one thing that fuels your superhuman abilities.
